Eastnor Castle Hosts Stately Suppers on BBC2

Filming took place at Eastnor Castle near Ledbury last autumn for a brand new food and heritage television programme called “Stately Suppers”.

Celebrity Chef James Martin and star of “Cash in the Attic” Alistair Appleton have been on an historic and culinary adventure for this new food and history series. In each show James and Alistair will visit a celebrated stately home in Britain and explore the history and heritage of the house and contemporary recipes inspired by the historic periods associated with the house. This is fine dining at its historic best. The episode filmed at Eastnor Castle was shown on BBC2 on Thursday 13th April at 3.00pm, the same day as the Castle opens it doors to the public for the Easter weekend.
