Exclusive Hire of Eastnor Castle and Grounds for Weddings


Includes the following:

  • Exclusive use of Eastnor Castle and grounds from 11am until Midnight
  • Use of the Gothic Drawing Room for your Civil Wedding Ceremony (Licensed to hold 80 guests)*
  • A complimentary bedroom for the Bride and Groom
    (if a minimum of 5 bedrooms are booked)
  • A complimentary bottle of champagne for the Bride and Groom
  • A full time dedicated Wedding Planner to assist you with the planning of your wedding
  • A highly experienced House Manager to run every aspect of your day
  • A full planning meeting with the House Manager before your wedding day
  • A complimentary 33 seater coach to Ledbury Hotels and B&B’s at Midnight (Up to 2 trips)
  • Tables dressed with your accessories by Eastnor Castle staff (name cards, menus, favours)
  • All crockery, cutlery, glassware and linen (white table cloths and napkins)
  • Up to 15 5ft tables and 150 chairs for your Wedding Breakfast
  • An easel to display your table plan
  • Ample car parking in the Courtyard for guests
  • Assistance and recommendations of suppliers
  • A 20’ x 20’ dance floor in the Octagon Room
  • A 3ft cake table

* St John the Baptist Church in Eastnor village can be used for ceremonies for upto 150 guests.

A surcharge of £1,000.00 on the Saturday and Sunday facility fee will apply on 31st December and 1st January.

 

We can accommodate up to 80 guests in our State Dining Room or up to 150 guests in our Great Hall for an additional charge of £500.00 to cover the cost of moving furniture and additional staff. 

 

For much larger weddings we can organise a marquee on the Lower Terrace overlooking the lake for up to 500 guests.  Price on request.

Accommodation (Optional)

 

We have 11 double rooms and 1 single room and access to these bedrooms is from 11am on the day of your wedding. We charge on room occupancy so if you only have one guest in a room then we charge the single room rate.

 

If overnight rooms are required then a minimum of 5 rooms must be booked.

 

We include a COMPLIMENTARY bedroom for the Bride and Groom if a minimum of 5 rooms are booked.

Catering

Wine

 We have an extensive wine list and we'll be delighted to discuss your choices and recommend the best option to accompany your emal.

 
We only charge you for the drinks you have consumed and can operate either a cash or free bar throughout the evening.  Our typical bar prices for 2011 are around £3.00 for a bottle of beer or a glass of wine.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%.  The VAT on your final invoice will be calculated at the rate applicable on the date of your wedding.
 


Wedding Menus


POA - It is difficult to put a cost on some of our 2013 prices as they will be determined by outside suppliers over whom we have no control.  Final 2013 prices will be available by Summer 2012 but please ask if you need any assistance for budgeting purposes.
